Billing and Insurance:

We participate with most local and many national insurance plans for hearing evaluations only*. We do not participate in health insurance for hearing aids. If your insurance does have coverage for hearing aids, after paid in full, we will provide an itemized bill completed with specific ICD codes needed to process the claim. Upon approval from your health insurance, they will send you your reimbursement funds or payment directly to your mailing address. It is your responsibility to submit the claim along with the itemized bill in order to obtain reimbursement. It is also your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see, the services you can receive, or if you have hearing aid coverage available. If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services*. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts*. Please contact our billing office or call your insurance carrier should you have questions. *Hearing evaluation is billed through Arlington ENT Associates
