Dr. Spagnoli has been practicing Otolaryngology in the Washington D.C. area since 1984. He received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1979. He completed his Otolaryngology Residency at the University of Pennsylvania in 1984, where he was appointed the Chief Resident in his final year.
Throughout his career Dr. Spagnoli has witnessed the evolution of the Specialty of Otolaryngology and uses the latest medical and surgical treatments for his patients.
