Having served on the staff of several area hospitals during his career, including Georgetown University Hospital, the Washington Hospital Center, Children’s Hospital National Medical Center, and Sibley Hospital, he currently maintains a full time practice at the Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, Virginia.
Dr. Spagnoli is interested in acute and chronic diseases of the Ears, Nose, and Throat, and sees both children and adults.
Dr. Pilkington earned his Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree in Chemistry in 2000 from Georgetown University. He then received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2004 from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is a member of both Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha honor societies.
Dr. Heskey graduated with Bachelors of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology in 2002 from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI and Doctor of Audiology degree in 2007 from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, MI. He has been practicing in the Northern Virginia area since 2006. Dr. Heskey is a licensed audiologist and hearing aid dispenser and is a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Tilahun graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Communicative Sciences and Disorders in 2004 from Hampton University in Hampton, VA and Doctor of Audiology degree in 2011 from the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in Bloomsburg, PA. She has been practicing in the Northern Virginia area since 2011. Dr. Tilahun has worked in a variety of settings including elementary school and university setting as well as hearing aid centers. Dr. Tilahun is a Licensed Audiologist and Hearing Aids Specialist. She is a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Other than helping people hear better, Dr. Tilahun enjoys spending quality time with her husband and her baby boy, traveling, and cooking.
